OUR FOUR-FOLD PURPOSE
To proclaim the salvation of the Lord through faithful preaching and teaching of God’s Holy Word (Isaiah 61:1-2; 2 Timothy 4:2);
To promote Christian fellowship and build-up a covenant community of believers who would dedicate their hearts unto the LORD to fear Him and follow Him (Deuteronomy 5:29);
To protect the most holy faith which was once delivered unto the saints (Jude 3); and
To provide physical and social care to the people around (Matthew 9:35).
Hence, we desire to declare the Word: to evangelize the lost world; to edify the saints of God; to establish a faithful witness for the Lord; and to prepare the saints against all falsehood by teaching the whole counsel of God. We also desire to propagate and to defend the faith to keep the purity of the Word.
One of the paramount emphases of our ministry will be the faithful preaching and teaching of the Word of God (the whole counsel of God—Acts 20:27), whereby we equip a covenant community of believers to reverently worship the only living and true God, to earnestly work one with another for fellowship and Christian service, to fervently witness for the Lord through evangelism and missions involvement, and to expectantly wait for the glorious return of Christ.
We also understand the significance of protecting the Word from all adulteration. We purpose to clearly warn the saints of God to be vigilant against all false teachings and practices so that they will be able to discern the seductive ways of the evil one and to follow the narrow path.
